1. Acceptance

The agreement is in form of an electronic contract that lays out the legally connected terms and makes you a member of this matrimonial service community.  The term ‘member’ means a person who voluntarily shares his or her personal information with the site for Agreement. These members could be free or paid. You agree to bound ‘Agreements’ by using the App and Website. Your consent for submitting the proposal helps you to access the services provided by the site. In case you no longer want our services or withdraw this consent, you have to delete your account and discontinuing using services. 

1. Eligibility

• To use this site or get registered as a member of Gharbasao.com, the member must be legally marriageable and competent as per Pakistani Laws (18 years).
• Gharbasao.com is the only site that facilitates lawful marriage alliance and personal advertisement between legally competent persons. It allows them to enter into a bond that is subjected to the laws. Where laws are prohibited, service membership becomes void.
• The site enables you to warrant and represent all rights you have in terms of authority, legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and consent only by submitting relevant information. By using Gharbasao.com, you are not prevented or prohibited by any applicable law forcefully such as an injunction from the court, or tribunal.
• It is further confirmed that you are intended to seek a life partner only in case if you do not misuse it such as using this site for casual dating. Gharbasao.com reserves all rights to withdraw or terminate you from membership in case if you are no eligible to become a member or if you made any misrepresentation. Termination goes on without any refund or any unutilized subscription fee.

1. Account Security 

During the registration process, the member is responsible for maintaining the confidential information for login. The member is solely responsible for account-making and maintaining activities. Moreover, the member is agreed to notify immediately in case of any data breaching, or unauthorizing use, or disclosing account information. It should also be ensured that member safely logs out from the account at the end of each session. 

1. Termination 

The agreement will be subsisting, effective and valid as long as you use our site. 

• Membership could be terminated at any time by writing any reason on our site Gharbasao.com. In case of the site is terminated by the member, no refund will be entitled to any unutilized subscription fees except guaranteed in writing.
• Gharbasao.com may terminate your membership or access to the site in case of using any unauthorized information, using services for commercial purposes, involving in any inappropriate or prohibited activity or communication. A notice will be sent to your email address as provided by you in your account application or any other email address. If Gharbasao.com terminates your account for breaching agreement terms, then no refund of subscription fees will be entitles paid by you.
• There are certain provisions of this agreement that shall remain active on termination.
• Paid membership term shall remain following the undertaken membership against any deal.

1. Non-Commercial Use 

Individuals are directed to use this site for their personal use or it can be used by other authorized persons such as brother, sister, mother, father, matchmaker, or guardian on behalf of individual members to promote or advertise their profiles for the sake of generating relevant matches. These cannot be used other than non-commercial endeavors. Moreover, the non-commercial use involves sending links to competitors of Gharbasao.com. Companies, organizations, and businesses cannot become members of Gharbaso.com except for authorized marriage bureaus and matchmakers. The services of Gharbasao.com cannot be used on any other platform. Unauthorized or illegal uses or framing of the site will be investigated. Appropriate legal action will be taken without criminal, injunctive and civil redress. 

1. Other Terms 

• Gharbasao.com reserves all rights to review the status and activity of each account and provide block access to members based on review. As long as you are a registered member of Gharbasao.com, you shouldn’t have any objection to receiving calls, messages, and emails from Gharbasao.com as you confirm membership on the date of this registration.
• A person is not allowed to have multiple profiles on our site. Gharbasao.com also reserves the right to block such members who are having multiple profiles without any subscription fee or refund.
• A member is liable to provide accurate and correct information including personal information.
• You cannot engage in any other advertising activity or sell any products or services through this platform other than the purpose of advertising or promoting your profile.
• You are not allowed to transmit any junk email or chain letters to other members of Gharbasao.com otherwise it would be a violation of rules to use or obtain information from members to abuse, harm or harass any other person.
• Gharbasao.com also reserves all rights to protect its members from any misuse or abuse through providing sole direction.
• Members are restricted to use any EXE’s, IRC Bots or any other script or programs, or any other automated processes.
• Gharbasao.com also reserves rights to screen advertisements or communications that you may share with other members. Moreover, the right is also reserved to delete any unwarranted or obscene advertisements or communications shared by your profile.
• Gharbasao.com is also directed to exercise simple privacy and safety precautions rights. You are also directed to agree on all Tips for becoming a member of Gharbasao.com.
• Members who subscribe to Gharbasao.com irrevocably and unconditionally confirm that you agree with all terms and conditions and that you have read them.

1. Proprietary Rights 

Gharbasao.com retains and owns all proprietary rights on the site and app. The site of Gharbasao.com contains all trademarks, copyrighted material, and other proprietary information of Gharbasao.com and its members. As a member, you are not allowed to copy, transmit, modify or publish any proprietary information except for the information which is in the public domain as a member profile. Any such attempted act will lead to violation of rules and your membership will be terminated as the result of this. In case of any violation, Gharbasao.com also reserves the right to take strict legal action.

You agree and understand that Gharbasao.com may delete any content, listing, profiles, photos, or communications that violate the agreements of Gharbasao.com. The collective notion for these is ‘content’ which might be illegal, offensive, or threaten the safety of members of Gharbasao.com. 

• Member is directed to submit for inclusion or make available concerning content on publicly accessible areas on the Gharbasao.com. This should not limit to the contact details of the members only. You irrevocably or unconditionally grant access to Gharbasao.com to store, display or use information or content on the site from time to time.
• As a member, you agree and understand all data, information, graphics, text, photograph, tags, communications, or any other content whether privately transmitted or publicly posted available to Gharbasao.com. Members are solely responsible for all kinds of content they upload, email, post or transmit. Gharbasao.com doesn’t control any content or doesn’t guarantees any quality, integrity, or accuracy of the content. Gharbasao.com will show no liability under any circumstances for any content in any way. However, it doesn’t limit its rights in case of any loss or damage incurred as a result of any posted, emailed, or transmitted content. Gharbasao.com also reserves rights to verify content authenticity and may ask you to provide any other form of evidence or documentary as a result of exercising this right. In case, if you failed to provide such satisfying evidence, Gharbasao.com may terminate your membership without any subscription fee or refund.
• An indicative list of kind of content is presented below that is prohibited or illegal on the site. Gharbasao.com will take appropriate legal actions and investigate anyone who violates the agreement.

Prohibitive and Illegal Content Include: 

• Is the content offensive to the community or promote bigotry, racism, hatred, or any physical harm against any individual or group;
• Promotes harassment or advocates of another person;
• Involves the unsolicited mass mailing, ‘chain letters, ‘junk mail’ or ‘spamming’.
• Promises any kind of misleading, false, or illegal activities that are completely adhered to by members or any conduct that is obscene, abusive, defamatory, threatening, or libelous;
• Promotes an unauthorized or illegal copy of a copyrighted work of another person, such as providing pirated programs that are computerized or link to them. This may include providing any links of pirated files, or music;
• Contains password only or restricted access pages, hidden images, or pages that are not linked to any other accessible page or form;
• Displays any sexually explicit material or any kind of pornographic material;
• Any type of material that exploits people under the age of 18 in any violent or sexual manner, or providing any personal information from people who are under 18;
• Providing any instructional content about unauthorized or illegal activities such as bullying or making weapons, providing or creating any viruses, or violating the privacy of someone;
• Solicits any sort of personal information or passwords for unlawful or commercial purposes from other users;
• Getting involved in sales or other commercial activities without any prior written consent such as barter, contests, sweepstakes, pyramid schemes, or advertising;
• Gharbasao.com must be used in a consistent matter without any state, federal, or other applicable laws, rules, and regulations;
• Members are not allowed to include telephone numbers, URL’s, street or email addresses visible to any other members;

1. Copyright Policy 

Members are not allowed to post, reproduce, distribute in any way any trademarks, proprietary information, and copyrighted material without getting any prior consent from the owners of proprietary rights. If any member believes that his or her work is copied or posted on the site of Gharbasao.com service then without any foregoing limit, the member has a right to copyright infringement and provide Gharbasao.com with the following information; 

• A physical or electronic signature of the authorized person on the behalf of copyright interest owner;
• A complete copyrighted work description along with the claim of infringement on the site;
• Your telephone number, location, and email address;
• A written consented statement with all good faith believes that copyright owner hasn’t any authority of disputed use, the law or its agent;

Moreover, Gharbasao.com also reserves the right to take immediate and appropriate actions against guilty members. However, the platform limits rights when it comes to acting with other members including objections and any such obligations. Moreover, Gharbasao.com disclaims any liability or responsibility for any interactions or transactions made between the members.

• Gharbasao.com also takes no responsibility for any omission, error, deletion, interruption, delay in operation, defect, failure of the communications line, destruction, theft, or any sort of unauthorized access, or for alteration or any advertisement or communications by the site to its members.
• Gharbasao.com also no responsibility for any technical malfunction or any other problem in the line, or telephone network, servers or providers, on-line computer system, failure of players or email address, software, or traffic congestion, technical problems on any other website or on the internet or any other website including damage or any other injury to members or users or anything related to computer or failure in getting connected with the Gharbasao.com services.
• Under no circumstances will Gharbasao.com responsible for damage or loss resulting from the use of service of the site by anyone or any content or listing posted on the site of Gharbasao.com communicated to members of Gharbasao.com. • Gharbasao.com disclaims any responsibility or liability howsoever or whatsoever arising as a result of any listing or content posted or available on the site of Gharbasao.com by any users or members or any third party.
• Gharbasao.com also doesn’t claim any liability or responsibility for any illegal listing or content posted by any users or member or third party.
• All liability or responsibility of the listing of content posted on the site of Ghrabasao.com will be of the users, members, or the third party whether criminal or civil arising. These users or members or third parties reserve all rights of damage claimed from such users, members, or third party that may suffer from such content or listing posted on the site. Gharbasao.com also doesn’t claim any content ownership made or submitted by any member including site services.

1. Liability Limitations 

Gharbasao.com will never be liable to any member or third person for any consequential, incidental. Indirect, punitive, or special damage, incidental including also lost profits from the site users or services provided by Gharbasao.com, even if Gharbasao.com has been taken into the consent of possible damage. Gharbasao.com has responsibility or liability to you regardless of any action or any cause whatsoever while limiting to all sorts of the amount paid by you to Gharbasao.com for the services provided by the site during your membership. 

1. Jurisdiction 

If there is any clash involves the service or site, members unconditionally agree that all disputes and differences are governed by the Pakistan laws and will be subjected to the jurisdiction of competent courts of Islamabad of Pakistan only. 

1. Indemnity 

Member agrees to hold and indemnify Gharbasao.com, its affiliates, agents, subsidiaries, officers, or any employees or partners, fully harmless and indemnified from any liability, claim loss, or demand, including justified fees of attorney, made by any third party due to arising out of value agreement issue and also from breaching notions of terms and conditions and warranties mentioned above or any suspicious activity act on member’s part. 

1. Other 

The use of the services of Gharbasao.com affirms the agreement for becoming a registered member of Gharbaao.com. The agreement holds the entire agreement between members and Gharbasao.com regarding the site use and the services. The remainder and the provision of the agreement held invalid and shall be continued with full effect and force. The site is only liable to accept this agreement and further make confirmations regarding the services of Gharbasao.com. The entire agreement between Gharbasao.com and the member is about the services and use of the site. The remainder of the agreement shall be continued with great effect and force in case of provisions of the agreement held invalid.
